蔡柯伟,博士,讲师,主要从事林木种质资源创制及林木重要性状发育机理等研究工作。参与“十四五”国家重点研发、农业生物育种国家科技重大专项等课题。以第一作者发表SCI论文5篇,共同第一作者发表SCI论文5篇,参与申报发明专利3项。
研究方向:
结合东北地区树种遗传改良研究现状,以杨树等作为研究材料,应用多组学技术,挖掘与目标性状形成相关的候选基因。通过相关的分子生物学实验,揭示目标性状形成的分子机理,为林木的定向遗传改良提供基础支撑。
