个人基本情况:

尚红梅,博士,教授,硕士生导师。主要从事饲草资源开发与利用方面的研究工作主持完成国家自然科学基金项目、中国博士后基金吉林省科技厅青年科研基金、吉林省科技厅自然科学基金、吉林省教育厅科学技术研究项目等课题10项;发表学术论文30余篇,其中在Industrial Crops and ProductsInternational Journal of Biological MacromoleculesAnimal Feed Science and Technology等国际期刊发表论文20余篇

 

 

研究方向:

主要开展饲草天然产物的提取分离及利用评价研究。从饲草中提取分离纯化多糖、多酚等活性物质,研究提取物的理化性质和生物活性,为其应用奠定基础。并筛选部分提取物开展动物试验,研究提取物对动物生产性能、肠道健康及畜产品品质的影响。主要研究内容包括以下3方面:(1)饲草天然产物制备工艺工艺研究;(2)饲草天然产物活性研究;(3)饲草天然产物应用研究
